Project Summary

We have a deep understanding of customer needs and industry operating procedures, providing customized trading functions and processes for customers. Our goal is to simplify the process of setting up currency transactions, enabling clients to develop trading strategies in advance.
The Vampire system can automatically capture market announcements and trigger conditions, and can automatically execute currency transactions to maximize customer trading benefits. We ensure that users can efficiently and conveniently manage their currency trading activities through these innovative features.

My Contribution

1. Market Research and User Requirement Analysis:
Gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the foreign exchange market and the specific needs of users.
Analyze the product features and market performance of competitors.
2. Product Vision and Strategic Planning:
Develop the long-term vision and strategic planning for the product based on market research outcomes.
Determine how the product aligns with the company’s business objectives and market positioning.
3. Feature Planning and Prioritization:
Identify the core functions of the system, such as market announcement capture, trading condition triggering, and automatic execution.
Prioritize features based on user needs and business goals.
4. User Experience Design:
Collaborate with designers to ensure the system’s user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design meet user needs.
Create user flow diagrams and wireframes to guide design and development.
5. Technical Specifications and Development Collaboration:
Work with the technical team to translate product features into technical specifications.
Ensure the development team understands product requirements and follows established technical standards.
6. Project Management:
Develop a project timeline to ensure the development process is on track.
Manage the project budget to keep costs within budget.
7. Quality Assurance and Testing:
Develop a testing plan, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests.
Ensure the system meets expected performance and security standards before going live.
8. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the system complies with legal and regulatory requirements for foreign exchange trading.
Identify and manage risks associated with automated trading.
9. User Feedback and Product Iteration:
