My Contribution
1. Requirement Collection and Analysis:
Meet with China Blueprint’s management and team members to understand their business objectives, target audiences, and market positioning.
Gather specific information about website functionality, design, and technical requirements.
2. Market Research:
Research competitors’ websites to understand industry trends and best practices.
Analyze the target market to determine potential users’ needs and preferences.
3. Website Planning:
Determine the primary and secondary functions of the website, including but not limited to a Content Management System (CMS), e-commerce capabilities, and user interaction.
Plan the website’s architecture and navigation structure to ensure a smooth user experience.
4. Design Collaboration:
Work with designers to translate business requirements into visual designs.
Ensure the design aligns with the brand image and is user-friendly.
5. Technical Specifications:
Collaborate with the development team to determine the technology stack and development methodologies (such as Agile development).
Create technical specification documents, including API integration, database design, security requirements, etc.
6. Content Strategy:
Develop a content strategy that includes SEO optimization, content marketing, and user engagement.
Determine the types of content, such as blog posts, case studies, service pages, etc.
7. Project Management:
Create a project timeline and milestones to ensure the project is completed on time.
Manage the project budget to keep costs within the budget.
8. Team Coordination:
Act as a coordinator for the cross-functional team, including designers, developers, marketers, etc.
Ensure smooth communication among team members and resolve conflicts promptly.
9. User Testing and Feedback:
