By utilizing the bonded warehouse model 1210, the platform can bring users lower shopping costs and faster logistics speeds, while ensuring the authenticity and quality of goods.
Core features:
● Bonded warehouse mode: Adopting the 1210 bonded warehouse mode, allowing overseas goods to be stored tax-free in the bonded zone before being sold, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
● Authenticity Guarantee: All products are purchased from overseas authentic channels to ensure the reliable quality of the products purchased by consumers.
● Fast logistics: Leveraging the geographical advantages of the bonded zone, achieving fast customs clearance and domestic fast delivery.
● User experience: Provide a simple and intuitive user interface and smooth shopping process to enhance user satisfaction.
My Contribution
1. Market Research:
Study the demand and consumer preferences of the target market, and understand the situation of competitors.
Analyze cross-border e-commerce policies and tax incentives in different regions to determine the target market.
Research the operational models and successful cases of cross-border e-commerce platforms to provide references for platform construction.
2. Platform Planning:
Determine the business model, target customer group, product positioning, and market strategy of the platform.
Design the platform’s architecture and functions, including user interface, order processing, payment systems, etc.
3. Qualification Application and Record Filing:
In accordance with customs requirements, handle enterprise information registration or registration, and open a customs electronic account book.
Prepare and register domestic and foreign business licenses, and file documents in the customs system.
4. Bonded Warehouse Selection and Cooperation:
Select bonded warehouses with superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and well-equipped facilities for cooperation.
Negotiate cooperation with bonded warehouses to understand the specific application process, qualifications, quotations, and service content.
5. Supply Chain Management:
Establish a complete procurement chain to ensure that products meet the positive list requirements.
Arrange for goods to be transported to ports and airports, and carry out operations to pick up goods for the bonded area.
6. Product Listing and Sales:
Prepare product declaration information and complete the product filing review.
Transport products to the park, sort and shelf them, and once confirmed, push online orders.
7. Technical Implementation:
Establish a computer management system that meets customs supervision requirements and conduct electronic data exchange with customs.
Develop or purchase an ERP system to efficiently manage multi-platform cross-border business.
8. Tax and Compliance:
Understand and comply with cross-border e-commerce tax policies to ensure tax compliance.
The person responsible for collection and payment should handle the tax guarantee for imported goods purchased online before starting the business at the local customs.
9. Marketing and Promotion:
